London Fashion Week – Josh Birch Jones x The LCBT

On Friday 15th of September 2023 a team of Hair and Media Graduates from the The LCBT assisted Key makeup artist Howard (@yogilovesmakeup_howard)  on the Josh Birch Jones fashion show (Josh Birch Jones – Official)  . The LCBT team were back stage to make sure all models were runway ready.

Josh Birch Jones, who started his design journey at 4 years old by sketching his mother’s evening dresses, has since then honed his skills and matured his craft. He is known for his elegant and detailed approach to fashion and has been showcasing his work on the runways since 2017. With four complete collections under his belt, Josh has proven that he is a force to be reckoned with in the fashion world.  His passion and drive to create beautiful, empowering pieces for women have earned him recognition and respect from industry veterans, and he has earned a spot as a member of the British Fashion Council, making him the youngest designer ever to join. Josh has also been asked by the BFC to take part in the city-wide celebrations.

Key make up artist Howard wove his magic, crafting glowing, ethereal skin paired with a soft Smokey eye – an artistry that’s truly timeless and effortlessly chic. The LCBT Hair and Media graduates then had to recreate this beautiful look on their models. The LCBT graduates absolutely smashed the day and were given a priceless look into the back stage workings of a fashion show.
