Job Description: SKINWORK SKINCARE STUDIO + STORE MANAGER/SPA MANAGER.
This position is focussed on growing the treatment and retail business at our flagship skincare studio and store in Soho. We are recruiting a hardworking, professional and experienced skincare treatment, retail and people manager to join our fantastic team as we grow. You should be sales focussed, professional, thorough, driven, an experienced manager and enjoy taking ownership in your role. Passionate about skin care and focussed on achieving results. A qualified beauty therapist is essential requirement for this role.
The role:
· Management of the treatment & retail business and team
Leading by example with your professionalism, expertise and results
Growing the business through strong re-bookings and retail, supporting the team to achieve their KPIs
Scheduling client appointments, maximising treatment bookings through effective online appointment scheduling, re-bookings in-store and quick follow up of incoming client emails and calls
Management and coaching of the team to achieve their best and thrive in their role
Answering incoming skin concern questions via. Instagram DM / email / phone and identifying then efficiently booking the correct treatment to solve these skin issues
Achieving business sales goals
· Build relationships with clients, influencers, local network
Confidently managing client issues
Overseeing operations and ensuring correct processes are followed
Performing treatments, upselling, retailing and rebooking
Skin consultations and retailing to walk-in clients
A keyholder, ensuring security processes followed by all team members
· Tim split between management, front of house, management of team, coaching, management of treatment area, training, performing treatments in event of team sickness.

Essential experience:
· A qualified beauty therapist
· Strong skincare sales experience and results
· Spa/Clinic/Salon scheduling and operations experience
· People management and development experience
· Systems and tech skills ie. online bookings, reports, excel, email
· Knowledge of skin issues, products and ingredients

· Hours are full time 40 hours over four longer days (three days off per week) and will include weekends and evenings.

Salary: £33,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
