Job Description: Who are we looking for?
The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients! We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences on a range of different contracts from 24 – 40 hours.
Skills & experience: NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage. Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments. Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the spa.
Key responsibilities Performing Lush Spa Treatments following routine and standards Representing the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business Looking after clients experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly Supporting the day to day running of the spa Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…) Being responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date Supporting stock control
Training Lush Spa Training can take place in various locations (including London) and you may be asked to travel to our Lush Spa Training Centre in Poole or other UK locations if needed. A 4 week day availability during training is needed so we can provide the highest level of development to all our new therapists and set them up for success. This can be discussed during the interview.
Pay: Salary: £13.15 – £14.10
