Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION BEAUTY THERAPIST SISLEY PARIS A pioneer in phyto-cosmetology, Sisley-Paris draws from the power of plants to offer effective products that meet the needs of all skin and hair types. Sisley sells skincare, makeup and fragrance and launched its own haircare brand, Hair Rituel by Sisley. MISSION As a Beauty Therapist for Sisley, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Sisley at all times. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele. As well as bringing incremental business, you will ensure to increase retention through all clientele building brand loyalty. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a NVQ (or equivalent) level 3 or higher, beauty therapist. You need to be passionate about exceptional service & luxury skincare. The candidate must be approachable, friendly and be able to work both independently and as a part of the team to drive treatment services, demonstrate and sell the products of the brand. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES include but is not limited to: Perform the Sisley services in cabins ● In respecting the protocols taught by the brand, ● In satisfying each of the customers, ● In recommending and selling the products corresponding to the customers’ skin type Advise customers and sell Sisley products : ● Explain the various treatments available and which are combined in the menu, ● Introduce the benefits of the Sisley loyalty cards and update the customers loyalty cards; ● Advise customers about the 3 axes of Sisley (skincare, makeup and perfume) and Hair Rituel products and to increase customers’ awareness ● Develop loyalty to the protocols and to the Sisley brands

  • Pro-actively sell Sisley products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers ● Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your Boutique manager ● Proactively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average items per transaction (IPT) ● Leverage on your emotional intelligence by means of consistently exercising your storytelling skills through educating your clients to Sisley’s heritage and values ● Be able to identify and depict each client’s intent behind their visit and maximise all sales opportunities through your brand knowledge and sales technique ● Achieve KPI’s set by achieving targets and goals set, delivering a mix of business identified by the company and following a marketing calendar. Offer and realise makeover and hair services to customers ● Do beauty enhancements ad make-overs, and confidently explain the benefits of each product ● Demonstrate Hair Rituel by Sisley products on clients by means of hair product application, use of company tools and hair styling whilst being able to confidently explain the benefits of each product Clienteling ● Recruiting new customers to the brand ● To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs ● To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty ● Ensure all customers are captured on Sisley database through SMILE or registration card (following GDPR guidelines) Assist for Public Relations events ● Help in the pre-organization of events ● Take care of VIP customers, journalists, bloggers, influencers, etc… Contribute to the excellent maintenance of the boutique ● Observe the rules in force and communicated by the Management of the Company ● Take in charge the cleaning of the boutique, of the material and of the laundry at all times ● Participate to the smooth running of the day ● Schedule appointments with the customers ● Drive bookings to achieve occupancy targets of the treatment rooms. ● As a Sisley brand ambassador ensure grooming standards and attitude reflect the brands luxury image. Take in charge administrative duties ● Fulfil the daily, weekly and monthly goals given by the Management of the Company ● Provide a written report on duties performed each week (sales, activities, etc.) ● Take in charge stock control, display, the recording of general daily

figures/information, and others as needed ● Use Store software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter including adding new customers onto the database and updating existing ones on every visit. The duties listed above may be extended or curtailed according to the needs of the Company. The Employee must accept that the tasks and the character of these may be changed. KPIs: To achieve sales targets, achieve IPT and ATV targets To achieve CRM and services targets as set by company POSITION WITHIN THE TEAM Reports to: Boutique Manager CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Boutique Team Head of Sales External: Sisley Clients PERSON SPECIFICATION ● Holding Level 3 NVQ (equivalent) or higher ● Able to demonstrate skill set via a trade test ● Be available for a 5-week paid training in Paris ● Ability to provide excellent personalised customer service ● Flexibility during retail hours, this may include evening, weekend and bank holidays ● Desire to learn product knowledge, application techniques and beauty room treatments & protocols ● Previous beauty retail industry experience is desirable. ● Previous hair care experience is desirable, ideally NVQ Level 3 ● Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.

● Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity. ● Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale. You will be able to demonstrate skincare and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs. ● Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with Sisley
