Job Description: Beauty & Grooming Testing Manager (maternity cover)
Good Housekeeping UK is looking for a Beauty Testing Manager to join the Institute in Feltham. This role is available immediately. You will lead this rapidly expanding testing category and help drive revenue and expertise across the Good Housekeeping portfolio.
We’re looking for an expert in beauty and grooming and a follower of emerging trends in that world, with a keen scientific eye focused on product performance.
You will help create and be responsible for delivering the beauty testing strategy across editorial and commercial platforms with content sitting across Good Housekeeping. Built on decades of product testing and expert editorial know-how, the results of our testing can influence purchasing decisions and assure consumers of the quality and value of a product or service.
Key Duties:
Work with key internal stakeholders to generate a testing strategy for the Beauty and Grooming category. Create testing protocols for the myriad of different beauty and grooming products we test. Utilise our testing panel to recruit testers for projects. Work to the pre-agreed testing timescales, with attention to detail and to a high standard. Complete commercial projects related to your category and deliver results to key stakeholders. Assist in building new revenue streams and ensuring all projects are completed to a high level of professionalism. Occasional PR spokesperson on behalf of the category for TV and/or radio interviews.
