All information is accurate at the time of publication. Please check individual course pages for the most up-to-date information.
You may be aware from the media that the RMT Union is planning to strike on various networks next week. Due to these strikes, timetabled lessons on the dates below will take place Offsite.
If any strikes are cancelled, students will be required to attend lessons face-to-face on-site at LCBT.
Your course timetables will be sent out today. Please look out for an email from your Group Lead and Programme Manager on the morning of your first planned day next week. This email will outline the theory work planned for the week and an online tutorial time slot.
Planned Offsite dates:
- Monday 8th September
- Tuesday 9th September
- Wednesday 10th September
- Thursday 11th September
- Friday 12th September
- Saturday 13th September
Please note:
The ELT has made the decision to advise students that learning will take place remotely (providing the strikes go ahead) on the days in which it will be extremely difficult for both staff and students to travel to and from the FRA. If these strikes are cancelled, then learning will take place as normal face-to-face and this may be communicated at short notice.
