ENROLMENT

You will complete your enrolment for the London College of Beauty Therapy online. You can only enrol if you hold an offer to study one of our courses for the new academic year in September 2025.

Your enrolment will depend on whether you have an unconditional or conditional offer. Your offer letter will confirm which type of offer you hold.

If you have any questions about your application or the enrolment process, you can contact us on 0203 040 2890 or info@lcbt.co.uk.

HOW TO ENROL AT LCBT

CONDITIONAL OFFER

If you have a conditional offer, you’ll receive an email with instructions for completing your enrolment a few weeks before enrolment opens.  It is very important you upload your results as soon as possible on Results Day, 21 August 2025, even if they aren’t what you were expecting. Without them, we can’t progress your application.

When Do I Enrol?

Conditional enrolment takes place on 21 August 2025 and will stay open until 4pm on 22 August 2025 or when the course is full, whichever is sooner. After submitting your results, we’ll send you an email next steps.
If you don’t enrol by the deadline, you could lose your place at LCBT.

What Documents Do I Need?

Before starting your enrolment, make sure you have clear scans or photographs of:

  • Original exam certificate: Your original result notifications from your Functional Skills, GCSEs, BTEC National Diploma, A or AS Levels, GNVQs or similar qualifications
  • Proof of ID: a passport* or birth certificate with additional photo ID (such as a driving licence)
  • Proof of current address: This could be a recent utility bill, National Insurance Letter or a bank statement from the last three months
  • Passport-style photograph: A clear headshot without filters or emojis, against a plain background – this photo will be used for your LCBT student pass

*We don’t store your passport information after verifying your identity

How Long Does Enrolment Take?

With all your documents ready, the process should take about 15-20 minutes.

What If I Haven’t Met The Minimum Entry Criteria?

You must upload your results, even if you haven’t met the minimum entry criteria. We will send you an email to confirm we’ve received them and can then review your application.

If you haven’t achieved a minimum grade 4 in GCSE English and/or Maths, you will need to complete the relevant GCSEs alongside your studies for half a day per subject, per week. There are limited resit places available.

What Happens After Enrolment?

After completing your 10-stage enrolment process, make sure to click ‘submit’. You’ll then be sent a confirmation email confirming your place at the LCBT, which will also include essential course information, e.g. when to expect your timetable and information about your uniform fitting appointment.

UNCONDITIONAL OFFER

If you have an unconditional offer, you qualify for priority enrolment. You’ll receive an email with instructions for completing your enrolment a few weeks before enrolment opens.

Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis and we will close enrolment when the course is full.
