Beauty Therapy Students Get Industry Ready With Clarins

At LCBT, our students gain real insight from top names in the beauty industry. Recently, our Level 3 Beauty Therapy students attended a masterclass with the renowned beauty brand, Clarins.
About Clarins
Clarins is a world famous French beauty brand that’s been around for over 70 years. They’re known for their high-quality skincare and make-up, and their products are sold in nearly 150 countries. Clarins was founded by Jacques Courtin-Clarins, who had a simple but powerful vision: to bring beauty and well-being to all women.
What Was the Masterclass About?
Lisa and Cat from the Clarins Talent Team visited to LCBT to talk to students about:

- The key skills and qualities looked for in beauty therapists
- Different roles available and how to choose which suits you best
- The benefits of working with Clarins and why they’re a great employer
- Helpful tips for applying for jobs in the beauty industry
- A Q&A session where students could ask anything about careers in beauty
After the talk, Lisa and Cat stayed for a drop-in session where all our beauty therapy students could chat with them one-to-one. This gave our students the chance to ask more personal questions, get career advice and even start thinking about applying to work with Clarins.

Hearing directly from one of the biggest names in the beauty industry really benefited students. They walked away with real knowledge about what employers are looking for, what kind of roles are out there and how to confidently step into a beauty therapy career.
