A Look Into Our Beauty Career Fairs

At LCBT, we’re not just about training – we’re about preparing you for a successful career. Last week, our students had an incredible opportunity to attend two Careers Fairs, held at our brand-new campus on Fashion Street, where they connected with top names in beauty, wellness, and aesthetics – all to explore where their qualifications could take them.
Who Attended?
We were proud to welcome a wide-range of leading employers across both days of the event.
Day One featured:
ESPA Life at Corinthia, Face Gym, Faces, LUSH, The Beauty of Caring, KIKO Milano, PUIG, Clarins, BIMM University, Skinwork, Artisan People Group and The Peninsula.
Day Two brought in:
REFY, Benefit Cosmetics, The UK Spa Association, Facedate London, The Wellness Agency, Therapie, Jena, Windle London, Braid Candy, Affinity Beauty Clinic and The Artisan People Group.
We received fantastic feedback from the brands, who were blown away by the ambition, passion and professionalism of our students.
Careers Opportunities & Industry Insight
Throughout the fairs, students had the chance to:
- Meet face-to-face with potential employers
- Ask insightful, career-focused questions
- Gain valuable advice on progressing into the industry

- What advice would you give someone starting out?
- What skills do I need to succeed in your company?
A Little Extra Fun – The Raffle
To make the experience even more exciting, we ran a Careers Fair Competition! Students who collected signatures from employers they spoke to were entered into a beauty raffle to win a special treat.
