The Role…
We are seeking an Apprentice Spa Therapist to join our Team at Primrose Hill. As
an Apprentice Spa Therapist, you will be delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages,
facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner for our members and guests. You’ll
maintain equipment and sample inventory of products as well as acknowledging and responding to relevant
member queries, needs and expectations.
Responsibilities…
• Providing personalised spa treatments and therapies to club members
• Conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
• Performing various spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs
• Maintaining a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitised
and stocked
• Going above and beyond for clients to make sure they have a unique experience
• Maintain high standards of treatment service and retail recommendations
• Educating clients about the benefits of different spa treatments and therapies
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining proper sanitation practices
• Assisting with spa reception duties, including greeting and checking in clients, scheduling
appointments, and handling payments
• Attend weekly sessions at the London College of Beauty Therapy to continuously enhance your
knowledge, skills and behaviours during your apprenticeship
What we are looking for…
• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or relevant industry qualification
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment
