Providing beauty treatments ensuring that each customer feels valued and unique. Actively participating in team goals, planning and executing events, maximising new launches and establishing customer loyalty.

Service Delivery

  • Aware of customer selling cycles and developing skincare and colour conversations with all customers where appropriate.
  • Maintain interaction and engagement with customers maximising opportunities for increasing average unit sales.
  • Ensure you have an understanding and actively implement the Clarins national and bespoke promotional programme for both the counter and the Skin Spa.
  • Build customer loyalty, utilising all digital tools, keeping customers returning to the brand.
  • Responsible for selling the unique brand differentiation within Clarins Professional treatments.
  • Utilise all training tools to promote products and services both within the Spa and when promoting the brand on counter.
  • Set up and attend special events to raise brand awareness.
  • Maximise opportunities through brand eventing, new launches and promotions whilst never losing focus on core products.
  • Adapt selling and customer service tools to different customer profiles and offering 5-star service to everyone.


Relationship Management

  • Build an effective working relationship within the Skin Spa and Retail Team.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of Store and Clarins management team.


Data & Analysis

  • Maintain awareness of KPI targets and business objectives.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Ensure the company booking procedures are followed at all times.
  • GDPR compliant.

  • Uphold consistently high standards of customer service, encompassing extensive product knowledge and proficient execution of professional treatments following Clarins (UK) Ltd treatment guidelines.
  • Portraying a professional image and maintaining brand identity through Clarins grooming and uniform standards.


Clarins treatment /Health safety

  • Ensure that the treatment rooms are fully stocked with the necessary products and equipment required to carry out the full range of services.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the Clarins treatment room and all other areas of the Skin Spa.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines.

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapist qualifications.
  • Hands on experience and commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Articulate and confident communicator.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and engagement.
  • Pro-active mindset and an eagerness to learn.
