Job Description: We have a variety of roles available within Trevor Sorbie. Below is an outline of your direct job description:
o To be aware, make welcome and assist any guest in the salon not just your own.
o To be responsible for running your guest list on time and to inform reception as soon as possible if you are running behind.
o To maintain a clean and tidy styling station and ensure all your equipment/trolley is correct, organized and sanitized.
o To always work towards your pre-set targets, set by your manager, for all income including retail and add ons.
o To deliver services to guests ensuring high levels of customer services are delivered and maintained.
o To provide your guest with a full consultation before you begin their appointment, in line with company guidelines. You must never refuse a consultation.
o To recommend appropriate products and treatments to each guest and maintain a consistent high level of retail sales in line with your pre-set target.
o To ensure any team assisting you at backwash/salon floor are aware what is required of them.
o To undergo any self-development and training necessary for success in your role.
o To ensure health & safety is followed as per company procedure namely; you are required to record every colour application that takes place. This includes the product, shade, and oxydant used. You must also record development times. o To arrive at the salon at least 15 minutes prior to your shift.
o To welcome, be aware of and make eye contact with every guest in the salon and not just your own.
o To always remember to smile and show courteous manners at all times to guests and team members. This will make them feel more comfortable and relaxed.
o To ensure you are customer focused at all times, and be 100% positive.
o Take pride in your appearance every day; you are the walking advertisement for a highly successful and dynamic company and your image should always reflect this.
o To ensure your product knowledge is up to date, and to attend regular educati0n sessions on this subject.
o To attend and participate in any events to the salon may enter into with the purpose of promoting and raising the profile of the business.
o To ensure that the company health and safety procedures are maintained at all times.
