Job Description: As a Nail Technician at Pre-, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nail care services to our clients. Your expertise and creativity will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clientele. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of sanitation, professionalism, and technical skill while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Nail Care Services: Perform a variety of nail care treatments, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and other specialised services as required by clients.
Client Consultation: Engage in comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their preferences, nail health, and any specific requests or concerns they may have.
Technical Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and knowledge of the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products, ensuring each service is executed flawlessly.
Sanitation and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment for both staff and clients. Regularly disinfect and sterilise tools and equipment.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest nail care products, brands, and trends, recommending and promoting the use of high-quality products available at the salon.
Upselling and Retail: Suggest and promote additional nail care services, add-ons, and retail products to clients to enhance their overall experience and generate additional revenue for the salon.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive and enjoyable experience for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to the management team.
