London Mobile – Skincare Brand Ambassador
A full-time position for a fully flexible and confident communicator, working across various iconic flagship stores in Zone 1. Proactive in recruiting new customers and delivering exceptional service to ensure financial objectives are met.
Role and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide an exceptional sales service.
- Increase sales through events and traffic stopping.
- Educating and motivating generic staff
- Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- Successfully complete company training.
Planning for growth
- Deliver outstanding standards of service and build a loyal customer base.
- Plan and execute in store activity and events to increase sales
Operations and maintaining standards
- Efficient sales tracking, merchandising and cash handling.
- Stock management. Highlight stock or tester concerns to AB line manager.
- Manage and maintain highest standards of hygiene and visual merchandising.
Work with your line manager on:
- Sales and performance
- Email sales report weekly
- Training, development, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales driven
- Self-motivated
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail
- NVQ L2 beneficial but not essential
