This is a unique qualification that focuses on micropigmentation, also known as cosmetic tattooing. You’ll learn how to create stunning make-up effects that enhance facial features using advanced micropigmentation techniques for the eyes, eyebrows and lips.
We have so many connections with loads of different brands.
Learn how to perform micropigmentation techniques and cosmetic tattoos. You’ll develop the skills to enhance facial features such as eyebrows, eyes and lips, guided by experienced industry professionals.
Practical learning takes place in LCBT’s own Salon where you will have the opportunity to practice your skills with real clients. You’ll gain comprehensive, practical experience and develop confidence in performing treatments.
You will need to source your own models for practical training and assessments.

VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Micropigmentation
Enrichment
You’ll gain practical industry experience and have the opportunity to attend or take part in beauty industry shows, events and careers fairs to help build your knowledge, experience and professional network.
Assessment
You will complete a final practical assessment (of up to 4 treatments) over 2 days.

Overseas Applicants
Evidence of your legal right to study in the UK will be required. LCBT is unable to provide any assistance with visa applications.
Important Information
We are a diverse college, and you may be in a group with students of all genders. You will be required to perform and receive all treatments with students on your course. If you cannot have certain treatments performed for medical reasons, please ensure you let us know when you apply.

8 weeks, one day per week with additional remote learning and self-directed study.
Final practical assessment (of up to 4 treatments) conducted over two days at college.

On successful completion of this course, you will gain a VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Micropigmentation and will be qualified to perform the cosmetic treatments learned as part of the course.
