Enhancing Eyebrows with Microblading Techniques
Ideal for those already working as a beauty professional, this course is focused on eyebrow microblading, a form of semi-permanent make-up that results in a beautiful, natural–looking brow.

Course Overview
Focusing on a rapidly growing service in the beauty industry, this Level 4 Certificate in Enhancing Eyebrows with Microblading Techniques teaches you how to perform microblading for your clients. Microblading is a form of semi-permanent make-up where a pigment is implanted into the skin with hair-like strokes (it is also known as brow feathering or embroidery).
Practical learning takes place in LCBT’s own Salon where you will have the opportunity to practice your skills with real clients. You’ll gain comprehensive, practical experience and develop confidence in performing treatments.
You will source your own models for practical training and assessments.

Enrichment
You’ll gain practical industry experience and have the opportunity to attend or take part in beauty industry shows, events and careers fairs to help build your knowledge, experience and professional network.
Assessment
You’ll complete a final practical assessment conducted over one or two days at college.
Entry Requirements
- 18+
- Proficient in English reading, writing, listening and speaking. For overseas applicants, we require IELTS 6.5 in all components or equivalent.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or similar qualifications
Overseas Applicants
Evidence of your legal right to study in the UK will be required. LCBT is unable to provide any assistance with visa applications.
Important Information
We are a diverse college, and you may be in a group with students of all genders. You will be required to perform and receive all treatments with students on your course. If you cannot have certain treatments performed for medical reasons, please ensure you let us know when you apply.

5 weeks, one day per week in college with additional remote learning and self-directed study.
Final practical assessment conducted over one or two days at college.

On successful completion of this course you will gain a VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Enhancing Eyebrows with Microblading Techniques and will be qualified to perform the clinical procedures learned as part of the course.
