What is Relfexology and How Does it Work?
Reflexology is a holistic treatment that works on the feet /hands to balance the body. It includes both massage and pressure point techniques to have an effect on the different ‘zones’ of the body. Each part of the foot corresponds to a part/area of the body.

Course Requirements
Kit
Kit is provided for the course.
Dress Code
Salon uniform, soft soled shoes, hair tied back off face, light day make up, no jewellery. If you have no uniform, you can wear plain black top and plain black bottoms.
