Fashion Make-Up
Duration: 2 day course leading to an LCBT certificate, an industry recognised professional UK qualification.
Content:
This course is designed as an intensive introduction to fashion makeup application and covers all the skills required to apply make up like a professional. This course and it is ideal for those who are interested in working with makeup in the Fashion industry.
The course is informative as well as fun and is intensive purely because of the amount of practical knowledge you will learn in two days. Bring your own make‐up bag and with the guidance of our professional make up artist, learn how to make the most of what you’ve got. A variety of make up will also be provided for your use.
You will learn about the structure of the face and other aspects of facial appearance that can influence make‐up application as well as how to create all kinds of Fashion Catwalks looks with different techniques, modern trends and colour theory.

Duration:
2 full training sessions from 9am – 4.30pm, taught in our dedicated makeup studio, by our professional makeup artist in groups.
Final Assessment:
You will work in partners to complete a final evaluation of all the special occasion application techniques
Qualifications:
L.C.B.T Fashion Make up certificate
The L.C.B.T Certificate is a professional UK qualification. The course is accredited with The Beauty Guild and thus is eligible for insurance and membership benefits with the guild (www.beautyguild.com)
Paperwork:
You will be required to fill in a Learning Agreement & provide us with Emergency Contact details before you undertake the short course. This will be provided for you when you book your placement.

All makeup, application tools and equipment are provided for full use during your course
Dress code:
Salon uniform, soft soled shoes, hair tied back off face, light day make up, no jewellery. If you have no uniform, you can wear plain black top and plain black bottoms. (Attendance on the course will de denied if the correct attire is not worn)
