Would you like to gain more skills within the Retail Beauty Industry?

If you are already working in retail, then taking the Retail Beauty Diploma will give you the specialist commercial skills that you need to be successful in this highly profitable sector.
Advising clients on the correct use of product and the right products for their needs requires high level understanding of how to communicate effectively to ensure your clients experience great customer service.  The Level 2 Beauty Retail Diploma will help you develop those skills and understanding. 

Included in the Diploma are the following mandatory units:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Selling techniques
  • Building customer relationships
  • Managing a promotional event in the workplace 
  • Security in the workplace

Optional units covering specialist areas:

  • Nail Care
  • Make Up
  • Skin Care  
  • Fragrance

There are no exams, assessment is carried out within the workplace and the delivery of the programme is designed to increase your skills in a practical way through tasks and event planning over a 16 week period.  You will be required to attend an induction programme and your assessor will visit you in the workplace and keep in contact with you on a weekly basis. 

Entry Requirements:

No prior qualifications are required. If you are already working 16 or more hours in a spa, salon or store retailing beauty products then this is the course for you. Application to join:
