City and Guilds Award Courses

Brand new courses for 2011-2012!

These awards are all accredited by City and Guilds so are recognised and accepted by employers. They are great to add new treatments to your repertoir if you are already a therapist, hairdresser or make-up artist, but can also be taken by students who have no prior experience of the beauty industry.

All City and Guilds Level 2 and 3 Awards are fully funded and therefore currently completely free for all under 16-18 year olds.

Over 19's who receive certain benefits will only pay a £52 exam registration for each Award Course (unless stated otherwise).

Non concessionary over 19 year olds are currently entitled to pay tuition and exam registration fees for City and Guilds Award Courses.

All prices are subject to change.

These short courses can be studied intesively over 2 - 7 full days in college or on a more part time basis over a number of weeks.

CPD (Continued Professional Development Courses)

These courses can be studied intensively with some home study if you are already working in the industry. This study option will require a different cost due to the nature of the delivery. However the course content will remain the same, and you will receive the same qualification. The CPD route is designed for professionals who want to qualify quicker. A CPD Price List will uploaded shortly.

To complete your Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds Award you will be assessed via written assignments, tasks, theory and practical tests.
