Develop & Maintain your Effectiveness at Work (G8)
In 2003, LCBT and the Learning Skills Council undertook at survey to examine the level of Skills in the Beauty Industry. This study highlighted a number of skills gaps.
This unit is about how to take responsibility for improving your performance at work and working well with your colleagues through teamwork so as to make a positive contribution to the overall effectiveness of your salon.
It will help to develop employee’s progress and awareness of working towards both productivity and personal development targets.
