How will I be assessed?
Assessment will vary from programme to programme. It can be continuous, in the form of practical observations, written evidence and reports, or based on oral questioning.
You will be given a unique pin number on enrolment which will allow you to access all your; personal files, course materials, the e-portal, your assessments and keep track of your progress against targets.

Qualifications are achieved through continuous assessment in both theory and practical treatments. These are undertaken in the salon and nail bar using e-assessment methods. These could be digitally recorded professional discussions, video clips and stills photographs. An e-portfolio is automatically compiled as part of the evidence for the awarding body, which will contain your projects and evidence of practical abilities. You simply upload all of your coursework to your personal account, and your assessors review and mark your work at any time.
