At LCBT we are known specialists in the Beauty Retail and Beauty Therapy sectors. Our in-depth knowledge comes from working with companies of all sizes, within each sector, so that when asked to develop a qualification or customise an existing one, we can do so with confidence.
Examples of major Development work within the past three years
BTEC in Retail Beauty Consultancy - Level 2
Working in consultation with key cosmetic companies and retailers we developed this qualification to identify the essential skills necessary to perform the key role of Retail Beauty Consultant. The qualification was developed for delivery in the workplace and has been customised so that the assessment methods reinforce the consultant’s responsibilites and day-to-day activities.
LCBT Therapeutic Massage - for people with Dementia and other disabilities
This programme was developed through listening to one person's experience of caring for a relative suffering from Dementia. With fantastic support from Westminster Council Community Care this short programme of Holistic Therapeutic Massage has won awards for LCBT and was short listed WCC for a National Care Award.

The two programmes above demonstrate the diversity of our expertise and our ability to interpret the needs of two very different sectors. (Both sectors do share common areas of legislation and treatment knowledge/expertise.)

- If this involves development or a customised programme, a project team will be appointed
- A consultation plan and final development timeframe will be agreed
- Development costs will be agreed at the outset

These will be customised to be delivered in the way which best suits your business, we have highly developed e-delivery and e-assessment tracking systems which enable us to deliver, and monitor, nationally and internationally.
These systems allow us to monitor progression against targets and the quality of delivery, they will enable you to do the same.
