Our service is as individual as your business. We offer a full Skills and Training Needs Analysis service that can help you take advantage of potential growth areas for your business and remedy any existing gaps in delivery.

Here at LCBT we offer a wide range of  business enhancing ,training and development programmes to suit your business needs and budget. This could be in the form of; short specialist courses, half day workshops, full NVQs delivered flexibly, work based learning and even bespoke training!

We can customise training, deliver it in your workplace, or at LCBT, and offer qualifications or 'soft skills' training in everything from Health & Safety to visual merchandising!
