We hold the New Standard for Employer Engagement and are the Centre of Vocational Excellence for Retail Beauty and Holistic Care
We do not run courses – we train for careers. In 2006/07 our Retention was 91% and Success 87% with over 90% of learners going into further education or jobs through our in house Job Shop. Open all year, no term breaks we offer monthly enrolment at times to suit our learners. We aim to give them the best possible experience and equip them for a long term successful career in the dynamic world of beauty.
We have world class resources – our salons have the largest square footage in London = open 6 days a week and in the evening, offering real on the job experience. Our fantastic teaching resources from IT to specialist beauty equipment and our commitment to working with employer’s means we know the industry inside out.

Requirements:
Essential experience and qualifications:
Significant commercial experience in all aspects of salon work.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard.
Teaching qualifications: Certificate in Education or equivalent.
Assessor Awards (D34/ Verifier Awards desirable).The benefits of working with LCBT include a good competitive salary, dependent on related experience, performance related bonuses, and more.
